Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: Conduct the mid-term internal evaluation of the ILO–Eni project “Improving Occupational Safety and Health and Access to Social Protection for Workers in the Agri-Business Sectors”. The evaluator will assess relevance, design/coherence, effectiveness, efficiency, emerging impact and sustainability, with primary coverage of Kenya and Côte d’Ivoire. The assignment will include desk review, online stakeholder interviews, analysis and triangulation, preparation of an inception report, a draft report, presentation and facilitation of stakeholder validation, and a final evaluation report with standalone executive summaries in English and French. The assignment comprises 31 working days and will follow OECD-DAC criteria, UNEG norms and ILO evaluation policies and checklists.
