Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The External Collaborator will provide professional graphic design and presentation support for the joint closing workshop of the ILO Promoting Rights and Social Inclusion through Organization and Formalization (PRS) Phase 2 Project and the Policies, Partnerships, Learning & Local Empowerment (PPLL) Project, to be held on 14 September 2026 in Delhi, India. The assignment includes designing and professionally laying out presentation materials that communicate project achievements, results, good practices, lessons learned, beneficiary stories and opportunities for replication and scale. The External Collaborator will develop and harmonize slides, charts, graphs, maps, timelines and other visual elements; create event and session slides; develop a consistent visual identity in line with ILO and donor visibility requirements; and design the event agenda/programme for digital and/or print use. The External Collaborator will also undertake final quality assurance of all materials to ensure visual consistency, readability, image quality and readiness for display at the event.
