Call for External Collaborator to conduct an internal evaluation of the ILO Fair Recruitment Forward project, ILO MIGRANT

Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The consultant will conduct an internal evaluation of the Fair Recruitment Forward project. The consultant will undertake a desk review, remote interviews and subregional group discussions with approximately 20-25 stakeholder participants, and prepare three deliverables: an inception report; a draft evaluation report; and a validated final evaluation package. The assignment runs from 20 September to 27 November 2026. Full information on the scope, tasks, deliverables and requirements is provided in the attached Terms of Reference.
