The objective of this assignment is to assess the existing solid waste management system and prepare a practical, community-based solid waste management plan for Al Kufra Municipality based on technical assessment, community participation, and GIS analysis.
Upon completion of the assignment, the Consultant shall submit the following:
• Inception Report.
• Community Assessment, GIS Survey, and Waste Assessment Report.
• Draft Community-Based Solid Waste Management (SWM) Plan.
• Community Awareness and Communication Strategy.
• Final Community-Based Solid Waste Management Plan and Final Report.
• Complete GIS database and geospatial datasets, digital maps, survey datasets, and all supporting technical documentation.
