Provision of CRM Solution support and maintenance services for Salesforce application

The United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (UNOCHA) at Geneva is looking for a competent and experienced vendor to establish a contract for the provision of technical support, maintenance and enhancement of Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Solution. The duration of the contract is expected to be for a period of 1 year with possibility of extension for four (4) additional periods of one year each (1+1+1+1+1).
