UNDP in Viet Nam is looking for a firm/organization to develop Investment Guideline for battery energy storage systems for commercial and industrial facilities  in Viet Nam.

Duty Station: Ha Noi, Viet Nam

Assignment duration: September 2026 - February 2027

Objective: The objective of this assignment is to develop a comprehensive, bilingual (English/Vietnamese) Guideline that present a clear, evidence-based investment procedures for behind-the-meter BESS in commercial and industrial applications in Viet Nam, validated against actual implementation practice, and to share the findings with stakeholders.
