Rehabilitation and Upgrading of ATC Theatre (Auditorium)

The scope of work comprises the complete rehabilitation, upgrading, testing, commissioning and handover of the ATC Theatre (Auditorium), including all civil, architectural, structural, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, sound, audio-visual, lighting, display, furniture, seating, specialist systems, equipment, accessories and associated works indicated or reasonably inferable from the Contract Documents. The Works include all demolition, alteration, repair, construction, finishes, fixed and loose furniture, theatre seating, specialist equipment, builders work, coordination, interfaces, temporary works, protection, testing, commissioning, training, documentation and making good required for a complete and operational theatre facility. All according to the attached BOQ, drawing and tender specifications
