Please note that these shall form part of the ITB.QN 1: Considering that an offer in USD will have to account for exchange rate risk from the time of the offer, plus the 60-day validity, delivery time, and payment time, which, given the uncertainty, will certainly increase prices sensibly, is it acceptable to receive the bid in Euro Currency? Ans 1: Yes, it is acceptable to submit your offer in Euros or any other currency. However, please note that for evaluation purposes UNOPS shall convert prices to a single currency using the United Nations operational rate of exchange applicable on the deadline date for receipt of offers.QN 2: In the Word document ITB_Section_III_Returnable Bidding Forms - ITB 2026 64187 the following tables are not editable:B.      Delivery requirements and Comparative Data TableC.      Related services requirements - Onsite Technical Maintenance and Operator Training and Comparative Data TableWe kindly require a word document editable to have the possibility to answer it.  Ans 2: An editable Word document has been uploaded to the Documents section through Amendment no. 1QN 3: will an offer with delivery terms FCA Italy be acceptable?
