UNICEF wishes to procure the UN Security Guard Service through a competitive bidding process.  if you are interesting, please submit technical and financial proposals as outlined in this request for proposal and the term of reference attached.

The deadline for submitting your proposals is 11:00am, 17 September 2026.  Your proposals re preferably submitted by email to chinabid@unicef.org (no other recipients should be cc or bcc in your email submission with LRPS number in the subject line.  Two email submissions are preferred, one fo technical proposal with subject line written as LRPS-2026-9205809 technical proposal, the other one for commercial, as LRPS-2026-9205809 commercial proposal.

To clarify any technical/commercial questions you may have, we will organise an online Pre-bid meeting at 3-4pm on 7 September 2026 via Microsoft teams meeting.  Your participation is highly encouraged and recommended.
