Provision of Communication, advocacy and knowledge management support (Creative services) for UNDRR.

The United Nations Office at Geneva (UNOG), on behalf of the United Nations Office for Disaster Risk Reduction (UNDRR ), is seeking for competent, experienced and interested companies for the provision of communication, advocay and knowledge management support services (creative services) for a contract period of three (3) years with the possibility of extension for two (2) additional one year period. The services under this requirement will include among others; 1- Media engagement strategy, planning and execution 2- Digital media 3- Content production 4- Brand development 5- Influence and events 6- Publications and design 7- Campaigns Lot 1: Strategic Communications & Media - Media relations - Influencer engagement - Advocacy campaigns - Strategic communications Lot 2: Digital Content & Multimedia - Social media - Video - Photography - Podcasts - Infographics - Scrollytelling Lot 3: Design & Publishing - Publication design - Layout - Branding - Graphic design - Copy editing Bidders may submit a proposal for:  One (1) lot only;  Two (2) lots; or  All three (3) lots. Bidders are not required to submit proposals for all lots. Each lot will be evaluated independently, and bidders must clearly indicate the lot(s) for which they are submitting a proposal. UNOG/UNDRR reserves the right to award one, multiple, or all lots to a single bidder, or to make multiple awards to different bidders, as deemed to be in the best interest of the Organization. The services described in this ToR may be delivered directly by the bidder or through approved subcontracting arrangements The eligible companies will be issued with a solicitation document. Kindly confirm in your EOI response if your company is able provide one or all of the above listed requirement. Please note that this request for Expression of Interest (EOI) does not constitute a solicitation. UNOG reserves the right to modify or cancel the request at any time. Only suppliers deemed to be qualified by UNOG to provide the required services will be invited to participate. UNOG reserves the right to award separate contracts.
