LRPS-2026-9205779- National Integrated Hydrological Information System

UNICEF Lebanon would like to invite you for a new tender # LRPS-2026-9205779 for the provision of National Integrated Hydrological Information System as per attached Annex 1- TOR and Annex 2- Pricing List.

Proposals must be sent to the following secured email ONLY (lebtender@unicef.org) no later than Monday 21 September 2026, 12:00pm.

Proposals must be sent in two separate emails; one technical and one financial.

- Email for technical proposal:

Subject line of the email must indicate: LRPS number (LRPS-2026-9205779) - name of your company- technical proposal. The email must include: The technical proposal only without prices.

- Email for price proposal:

Subject line of the email must indicate: LRPS number (LRPS-2026-9205779) - name of your company- price proposal. The email must include: The price proposal.

No modifications to the Pricing Annex of any kind will be accepted. Pricing Annex to be submitted in both excel and signed PDF format.

Proposals sent in another manner will be considered invalid.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

Please note that any inquiries related to this request will be acceptable through e-mail ONLY (bantoun@unicef.org & sselwan@unicef.org) by 10 September 2026 the latest. Inquiries to be compiled and sent in one email. Inquiries through phone call will not be considered.
