EOI 2026-33 - Capacity Development Services on Climate-Related Risk Assessment and Decarbonization for Financial Institutions - FOREST Invest

EOI 2026-33 Reference no: 2026/REUXD/REUTD/137952 Capacity development services under the FOREST Invest project – Activity 3.3.1 (Support to CCIS and the Association of Financial Institutions to Assess Climate-Related Risks of Banks and Ensure Client Engagement) and Activity 3.3.2 (Support to CCIS, the Association of Financial Institutions, and Academia to Train Decarbonization Service Providers) The services are expected to include, but not necessarily be limited to: - needs assessment of financial institutions of commercial banks and financial institutions operating in Serbia; - design of training curricula for commercial banks and financial institutions operating in Serbia; - delivery of training sessions for commercial banks and financial institutions; - technical assistance to participating banks in the training workshops and express interest in further cooperation; - market needs assessment to determine the overall level of knowledge and expertise in decarbonization, with particular focus on the forest and agrifood sectors; - curriculum development for decarbonization services; - delivery of training for decarbonization service providers; - integration of curriculum in formal and informal academic programs; - project management and activity monitoring and reporting, financial management, and administrative support;. - implementation of gender mainstreaming principles throughout design, implementation, and reporting.
