The Request for Proposal form (page 3 of this document) must be completed and returned to
UNICEF alongside the proposals.

Proposals must be received by latest 10:00hrs on Wednesday 9th September 2026.
Bid conference. A bid conference will be held on Monday 31st August 2026 at 10hrs GMT at
UNICEF office premises.

The currency of the Proposal shall be in Sierra Leone Leones Only.

Valid Tax Clearance Certificate/Equivalent
Valid NASSIT Certificate
UNGM registration number
2024 and 2025 audited financial statements
