Greetings from WFP Dubai office! 

The UN World Food Programme in UAE, Dubai would like to invite your company to participate in Expression of Interest (EOI) for THE PROVISION OF DEDICATED RIVER CARGO VESSELS, AND SPEED BOATS, INCLUDING SPARE PARTS AND THE RELATED SERVICES as mentioned in HQ26NF239-EOI attached. 

The purpose of this EOI is to gain a more detailed understanding of the supply market and existing solutions both to identify suppliers with experience in a particular product and to gain knowledge about supplier capacity to provide Cargo Vessels and Speed Boats , including Spare Parts. 

Responses to this EOI must be submitted by 31st  August 2026,13:00 hrs. (Dubai Time) through email dubai.procurement@wfp.org
