United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) Malaysia Country Office wishes to invite you to participate in a tender for "LPRS-2026-9205659 Long Term Agreement for Printing Services for Donor Retention Materials" through a competitive bidding process. In this respect, UNICEF invites you to submit technical and financial proposals as outlined in the Request for Proposals for Services (LRPS) and the terms and conditions contained herein.
1. Receipt of Invitation and Intent to Submit
Kindly acknowledge receipt of this invitation and confirm your interest/intent to submit by replying to this email no later than 24 August 2026
2. Request for Clarification
If you have any enquiries regarding the tender documents, please submit them using "Annex C - Enquiries & Clarification Form" and ensure you reply to all recipients in this email.
Deadline: 27 August 2026, 17:00 Malaysia Time
3. Proposal Submission
All proposals must be submitted by sharing a downloadable link to the complete proposal documents via a cloud-based file-sharing platform (e.g., OneDrive or Google Drive) and emailing the link ONLY to mlya-procurement@unicef.org by:

❗ Late submissions will not be considered.
❗ Please do not copy to any UNICEF personnal email addresses.
Please ensure that:
- The shared link remains accessible until the completion of the evaluation process.
- Access permissions are enabled to allow UNICEF to view and download all submitted documents without requesting additional access.
- All proposal documents are included in the shared folder and clearly organized.
Failure to provide a valid and accessible download link by the submission deadline may result in the proposal not being considered.

- The financial proposal must be submitted as a separate document from the technical proposal.
- No pricing information should be included in the technical proposal or any part of the LRPS solicitation documents.
- Failure to comply with these requirements may result in disqualification.
