Description
The United Nations Mission in South Sudan (UNMISS) hereby solicits Request for Expression of Interest (REOI) from Competent Companies for the provision of third Party Liability Insurance for UNMISS Owned Equipment and Contingent Owned Equipment in South Sudan, for an initial period of Three (3) years with the option to extend at the sole discretion of UNMISS for two (2) successive one (1) year periods. Specific Requirements/Information Interested companies are invited to submit their EOIs through the following link: https:/ungm.org/Public/Notice In case of technical challenges in submitting your interest, you are advised to contact boy@un.org; kibukamusoke@un.org; with copy to kitengeaziza@un.org; ngonyo@un.org. In addition to the information contained in this REOI, interested vendor should ensure the following minimum requirements are met: 1) Company should be registered in UN Global Marketplace (UNGM) or should start their registration process immediately if not registered using the link https://www.ungm.org. 2) Company’s contact details: UNGM Identification Number, company name, address, telephone and e-mail must be provided in the EOI Form. Failure to provide this information in the EOI Form may result in a rejection of an EOI. Important Notice: 3) This REOI does not constitute a solicitation. UNMISS reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement at any time during the REOI and/or solicitation process. Thus, submitting a response to this REOI does not automatically guarantee that your company will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued. 4 UNMISS also reserves the right to send the Solicitation Documents to companies who were identified through additional market research or other means to source the UN requirement. 5 Vendors interested in fulfilling the requirement described above must be registered with UNGM and those not registered may wish to visit www.ungm.org for full registration information in order to be eligible to participate in any solicitation. 6 Local and Regional companies, Women-owned businesses and businesses owned by persons with disabilities are encouraged to participate.
