Description
Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The assignment will involve reviewing technical requirements, relevant ILO platforms and available functionalities to identify and propose an appropriate platform architecture and implementation plan for the SSTC Regional Forum digital space, as well as supporting its technical setup, development, organization, maintenance and longer-term sustainability. This will include developing a clear and user-friendly resource structure based on thematic areas, country classifications, categories, tags, filters and intuitive navigation pathways; uploading, organizing, linking and presenting cleared country experiences, South-South good practices, publications, policy resources, tools, presentations and event recordings; and establishing effective linkages with relevant ILO and SSTC knowledge resources, including the South-South Meeting Point. The assignment will also support online exchange and Community of Practice functions where technically feasible, provide technical assistance for webinars, virtual meetings and knowledge-sharing activities, and ensure that related materials are appropriately archived and accessible. Attention will be given to the effective organization and presentation of Arabic- and English-language resources. In addition, available platform usage and engagement information will be compiled, and the implementation process, technical challenges, lessons learned and recommendations will be documented to inform the platform’s sustainability and future development. If you are interested, please express interest and follow the instructions attached to consult the detailed terms of reference and other relevant information in the ILO e-sourcing platform. Please submit your proposal before the specified deadline. Thank you.
