The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator.
Below is a summary of the work to be performed:
The consultant will support the design and delivery of 2 two-day workshops in Ghana and Nigeria on gender-responsive labour migration and fair recruitment. The assignment will focus on presenting findings from a gender analysis of migration flows, the Feminist Political Analysis report and supporting the practical application of the ILO Guidelines for Gender Equality in Fair Recruitment. The consultant will develop technical materials, facilitate selected sessions, and contribute to identifying actionable entry points for integrating gender perspectives into migration governance frameworks.
