Description of the Assignment:  This assignment provides high-level technical, strategic, and quality assurance advisory services to implement scalable solar PV minigrids and accelerate clean energy access under the Africa Minigrid Program in São Tomé and Príncipe.

Period of assignment/services (if applicable):  15 months (comprising 125 working days: 65 days remote and 60 days on-site across 5 field missions)

Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.
