IOM seeks proposals for a critical initiative in South Sudan, aiming to establish a long-term agreement for the provision of cash transfer services. This project is integral to ensuring the efficient distribution of over-the-counter cash transfers and implementing innovative solutions like pre-paid cards, e-vouchers, or mobile money transfers for individual beneficiaries. By inviting suppliers to bid, the organization aims to enhance its ability to deliver essential cash grants and vouchers, strategically contributing to its overall mission and objectives in the region. The Long term Agreement will run for Five (5) years. An initial 3 years + extension of 2 year (1+1).
