RE-TENDER Laboratory Analysis of Micronutrient Survey Samples
UNICEF Nepal is requesting a proposal from interested agencies for LRFP-2026-9205672: Laboratory Analysis of Micronutrient Survey Samples (Re-Tender), as per the attached Terms of Reference (TOR).
Please submit your Technical and Financial Proposal in accordance with the requirement outlined in the attached TOR and bidding document. The deadline for the submission of the proposal is before midnight 24:00 Hrs (Nepal Time) on 28 August 2026.

- Annex-B: Terms of Reference
- Annex-C: Technical Evaluation Criteria and Template of Proposal
- Annex-D: Financial Proposal Template
- Annex-E: Vendor Template, which must include:
- A scanned copy of the completed Vendor Template with the organization’s official seal
- An Excel copy of the Vendor Template
- A void/cancelled cheque indicating the account number provided in the Vendor Template
- Company Registration Certificate
- Tax Registration Certificate and Tax Clearance Certificate for the last fiscal year

Electronic Proposals should be sent:
IN ORDER TO FACILITATE THE SUBMISSION OF RFP THROUGH EMAIL, THE SUBMISSION DULY STAMPED AND SIGNED CAN BE DONE ELECTRONICALLY IN PDF FORMAT AND SENT TO nepbid@unicef.org (Bids sent and/or copied to any other email ID will be considered invalid).
Also, queries can be sent in the same email to nepalsupply@unicef.org with tender reference.
Note : The Maximum Attachment of file size per message is 20 MB, Cloud-based links are not accepted, and proposals submitted via links will be invalidated
UNICEF NCO reserves the right to reject any/all proposals without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
The only successful bidder will be contacted.
The tender contains sustainability considerations related to human rights, fundamental principles and rights at work, occupational health and safety, fairly traded goods, targeted employment of people with disabilities, etc.
The tender contains sustainability considerations promoting health and general well-being of consumers/ recipients of the good or service.
Examples:
Hazardous chemicals handling, labelling of chemicals.
The tender incorporates contract conditions/ KPIs that stipulate the verification of suppliers' environmental and social claims through “spot checks” and audit provisions.
The tender contains sustainability considerations promoting vendors' participation to the UN Global Compact.
