Description

This is a public invitation to submit a proposal for Request for Proposal for Services (RFPS) 503950 for the provision Hosting Administration, Maintenance and Custom Development of UNICEF’s Moodle Workplace Learning Management System (LMS). 

This soliciation consists of the RFPS document and following annexes, available for download on UN Global Marketplace platform: 

  1. The UNICEF General Terms and Contditions of Contract (Services) which are attached as Annex A;
  2. The Terms of Reference attached as Annex B, including Appendices B1 to B7; and 
  3. Annex C, composed of Appendices C1- C6 for the pricing tables and instructions. 

In case of any query regarding the RFPS, please send them in writing to me, rviswanathan@unicef.org with specific reference to the RFPS number. The deadline for receipt of any questions is 28 August 2026 at 23h59 (Copenhagen Time)

Please note that your proposal should be valid for no less than 180 days. 

Your proposal should be sent only to supplybid@unicef.org at the latest by September, 28 at 23h59 (Copenhagen Time). Kindly DO NOT copy or BCC any others in the email. Please note that Technical Proposal and Commercial Proposal must be submitted as separate emails. The size of each email (including attachments) should not exceed twenty-five (25) megabytes; however, Proposers may structure the proposal in several batches of emails.
