New clarification added: Dear Vendor, Please find below the response to the quires received .Q1: We would like to request you extend the deadline till 28th August 2026 as we are still waiting for the prices to be received from the supplier in order to offer you for the exact requirement. Answer 1 : The bid submission deadline was extended to 06 September 2026. Q2: Please could you share with us the specifications of the vehicles you intend to procure? Answer 2:The specifications are provided under the documnet section in E-Sourcing Ref : RFQ_Section_III Returnable Bidding Forms. Form C: Technical Quotation Form .Thank you. Best Regards.

New amendment added #2: Dear Bidders , Please note that the RFQ reference RFQ/2026/64243 has been amended in order to :Extend the deadline for the clarification from 27 August 2026 to 03 September 2026Extend the daedline for offer submission from 02 September 2026 to 06 Septemebr 2026 .Please note that this shall form part of the solicitation.

New amendment added #1: Dear Bidders , Please note that the RFQ reference RFQ/2026/64243 has been amended in order to :Amend the title of the RFQ and buy two vehicles instead of three.Amend the Technical Specifications as per attached the returnable bidding forms.Extend the deadline for the clarification.Extend the daedline for offer submission.
