Description

UNESCO invites qualified companies and individual entrepreneurs to submit quotations under RFQ-UA-26-40 for the Detailed 3D Survey, Point-Cloud Generation and Development of an Integrated Surface Model of the Dormition Cathedral of the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra, Kyiv, Ukraine.

The assignment aims to accurately document the Cathedral’s current geometric condition and provide a reliable digital basis for subsequent engineering, conservation, restoration and information-modelling activities. The services include detailed terrestrial laser scanning of accessible external and internal surfaces, UAV photogrammetric surveying, geodetic measurements, integration of laser-scanning and photogrammetric data using a Data Fusion approach, generation of an integrated point cloud and measurable textured 3D polygonal model (TIN), preparation of horizontal and vertical sections and elevations, photographic documentation, and associated technical documentation.

Deadline for submission: 25 August 2026 at 14:00 Kyiv time.
