Dear All,
In response to the clarification request submitted by a prospective bidder, this Bid Bulletin serves to amend the Negotiation by issuing the updated solicitation documents to reflect the complete specifications for certain items included in the Bill of Materials.
All bidders who have already submitted their bids are required to resubmit their bids using the updated solicitation documents and referencing Negotiation Reference No. UNDP-PHL-00999,1.
Additionally, the bid submission deadline has been extended to 15 September 2026.
