The overarching objective of this assignment is to develop a results-driven Five-Year Strategic Plan (2027–2031) that provides the Information Commission with a clear and implementable roadmap to operationalize its mandate, enhance public access to information, and strengthen transparency, accountability, and institutional responsiveness in line with the Access to Information Act, 2021
