Description
The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites qualified and prospective proposers to submit proposals for the redesign, development, and maintenance of the CONTRAconnect digital platform. The assignment will encompass the full-cycle development, security fortification, deployment, and operational support. The initial engagement will cover a six-month Pilot Phase, covering eight (8) smart mobile kiosks and three (3) parent Primary Health Centers (PHCs).

The scope of the tender shall include, but not be limited to, the following
  • Back-End & Front-End Development 
  • Server Hosting & Cloud Infrastructure
  • Data Storage, Security, and Compliance
  • Staff Training & Capacity Building 
  • Technical Support Retainer
  • Full-Scale Implementation
