• Review, refinement and preparation of the questionnaire: Review and refine the MSME survey questionnaire developed by ITC, ensuring that questions are clear, context-appropriate and suitable for administration with firms in the targeted sectors. The Contractor will be responsible for translating the questionnaire into Arabic and Kurdish, as required, and for programming it into the agreed data collection platform. • Data collection: Carry out data collection with MSMEs in the targeted sectors and locations, in line with the methodology, sample structure and quality requirements agreed with ITC. This will include an initial field-testing phase, followed by full survey implementation. • Data quality assurance and reporting: Ensure the completeness, consistency and quality of the data collected, including through supervision, validation checks and follow-up with respondents where needed. The Contractor will submit clean datasets to ITC and prepare a summary report highlighting key findings, trends and issues emerging from the survey.
