New clarification added: Queestions:1. Kindly confirm whether the Euro 5 emission standard is acceptable for the required vehicles.2. Additionally, we kindly request a 3-day extension for submission deadline, which would allow us sufficient time to prepare and submit our best proposal.Answers:1. In the document "2 ITB Section 2 Schedule of Requirements ver.1" the minimum requirement for the Emission standard is defined as follows:"Emission standard: Euro 6 or higher"2. The Evaluation team noted your request for the extension of the deadline for submission of offers. Your request will be considered before the closure of the tender and in case the extension is approved, all bidders who expressed their interest through UNOPS eSourcing platform will receive information at the same time.

Kindly see questions and answers below each.- Manufacturer and model/platform of the existing TETRA network;Motorola Dimetra X core 9.1.1- Details/model of the existing TETRA base station/network equipment, if applicable;Regarding the details of the existing TETRA base station and network equipment, the clarification provided by the Ministry of Internal Affairs specifies that the network is based on the Motorola Dimetra X core 9.1.1 platform.- Actual operating frequency/frequencies currently used;The actual operating frequency for the existing TETRA network (Motorola Dimetra X core 9.1.1) is in the 380–400 MHz range.- Relevant encryption/authentication requirements, if applicable;Air Interface Encryption: Algorithm TEA1.Security Classes: Supported Classes are Class 1 (clear/unencrypted), Class 2 (SCK), and Class 3 (DCK and CCK).Authentication: Initiated by the system and supported by the terminal.User Access Control: PIN/PUK code access.- Make/model of any existing TETRA mobile or portable radios currently operating on the network, if available.N/A- Please confirm that the statement “Integration with the existing TETRA network is required only for the speaker and antenna” means that the complete new vehicle TETRA radio stations must be capable of operating on the existing TETRA network, while the physical integration requirement is limited to the speaker and antenna.Network Compatibility: The complete new vehicle TETRA radio stations must be fully capable of operating on the existing TETRA network Physical Integration: The requirement for physical integration (connecting to existing vehicle infrastructure) is strictly limited to the speaker and the antenna.

Integration with the existing TETRA network is required only for the speaker and antenna.
