EXTENSION OF DEADLINE

The International Labour Organization (ILO) invites eligible registered non-profit organizations/entities in Jordan to submit technical and financial proposals for the implementation of the “Hands at Work | أيادٍ تعمل” Implementation Agreement for the Provision of Skills Development and Work-Based Learning Services for EIIP Beneficiaries, under the PROSPECTS Phase II programme in Jordan.

The assignment aims to design and deliver a skills development and work-based learning component for EIIP beneficiaries, including market-relevant technical skills training, occupational safety and health, workers’ rights, supervised practical learning, and work-based learning linked to ongoing EIIP worksites.

The selected implementing partner will be responsible for, among other activities, identifying priority occupations and training needs, developing and delivering competency-based training, conducting outreach and enrolment of beneficiaries, delivering practical and work-based learning, monitoring and reporting on implementation, and supporting certification and visibility activities.

The deadline for submission of proposals has been extended to 18 August 2026 at 11:59 PM – Amman time.

Interested organisations are requested to review the attached Terms of Reference (TOR) and submit their technical and financial proposals in accordance with the requirements and instructions specified therein.

All other requirements, eligibility criteria, scope of work and submission instructions remain unchanged.
