Description
UNDP seeks Italian-based service providers, or providers able to operate in Italy, to deliver event management and production services for the Youth4Climate 2026 Awards Ceremony in Rome, Italy. 

The selected provider shall provide venue preparation, technical production, audiovisual services, guest management, branding, catering, temporary event infrastructure, and onsite event coordination for a high-level institutional event,

Location: UNDP Rome Centre, Viale Guido Baccelli 86, 00153 Rome, Italy

Expected attendance: 150 participants
