Dear Vendor,

UNESCO is pleased to invite your company to submit a quotation under RFQ-UA-26-36 – Procurement of a Microform Scanner.

The procurement covers the supply of a professional scanner for the digitization of archival microforms, including 16 mm and 35 mm roll microfilm, microfiche, jackets and aperture cards, together with the relevant workstation, software and accessories required for full operation.

The scope of supply also includes delivery to Kyiv, installation, commissioning, functional testing and on-site training of designated personnel.

Deadline for submission: 18 August 2026 at 14:00 Kyiv time.
