Virtual Reality Headsets and Training Equipment for Counter-Terrorism Training Programs The United Nations Office of Counter-Terrorism (UNOCT) is seeking qualified suppliers to provide enterprise-grade virtual reality (VR) hardware and supporting equipment for immersive training initiatives focused on investigative and counter-terrorism capacity building. The equipment will support instructor-led and learner-based training programs delivered from the UNOCT Programme Office in Rabat, Morocco. The procurement includes standalone VR headsets suitable for enterprise deployment, together with device management capabilities, accessories, infrastructure, and instructor workstations required to support scalable training delivery. Solutions should be designed for shared, multi-user learning environments and support centralized administration, content deployment, and device monitoring. The scope includes: • Enterprise-grade standalone VR headsets with advanced tracking, high-resolution displays, and support for shared-user training environments. • Enterprise mobile device management (MDM) and fleet administration capabilities for centralized deployment and monitoring. • Protective transport and storage accessories, including carrying cases, storage solutions, and hygiene-related consumables suitable for multi-user training programs. • Charging and power management solutions for efficient operation of multiple devices. • Instructor and technical support laptops capable of supporting VR training administration and monitoring activities. • Spare and replacement equipment to ensure continuity of training operations. • Delivery, logistics, and setup services to support deployment at the designated UNOCT training location in Morocco. Vendors should demonstrate experience in supplying enterprise VR solutions, device management platforms, and training technology deployments for institutional, government, educational, or international organization environments. Proposals should include warranty coverage, implementation details, delivery timelines, and all logistics required for successful deployment.
