The World Health Organization (WHO) invites vendors to submit an Expression of Interest (Reference No. 2026/EURO/UKR/0188) for the provision of the following services: Technical support for the assessment of barriers to effective health coverage and healthcare access among populations in situations of vulnerability in Ukraine.

Vendors interested in fulfilling the requirements are requested to express their interest by submitting the following documents:

1. The completed Expression of Interest Form, using the template provided in Annex A.

2. A Vendor Information Form, using the template provided in Annex B.

3. A self-declaration form, using the form provided in Annex C.
