Description

The evaluation will cover the implementation period from January 2024 to the time of the evaluation and will assess all programme interventions implemented under the CPD 2024–2028 across the following outcome areas:

  • Climate resilience and environmental sustainability;
  • Governance, peacebuilding, rule of law, and human rights;
  • Inclusive growth, poverty reduction, livelihoods, and social protection; and
  • Development finance, partnerships, and institutional strengthening.

 The evaluation will examine UNDP’s contributions at national and subnational levels, including policy support, institutional capacity development, service delivery, innovation, coordination, partnerships, and financing approaches. Cross-cutting issues such as gender equality, youth empowerment, disability inclusion, human rights, environmental sustainability, and resilience will be assessed throughout the evaluation process.
