Description
UNDP in Viet Nam is looking for a National research institution/ national research-based consulting firm/ local government organization for a review of the Resolution 11-NQ/TW implementation for the period from 2007-2026.

Overall Objective: To develop a policy discussion paper with primary research data that informs the development of a new Party resolution and related policies on women advancement in Viet Nam’s public sector by conducting a comprehensive, evidence-based review of the implementation of Politburo Resolution No. 11-NQ/TW over the period from 2007 to 2026.

Duty station: Hanoi-based with fieldwork in two provinces, one in the North and one in the South of Viet Nam

Duration of Assignment: August 2026 - March 2027
