Consultant - Team Member for the final evaluation of the development cooperation project for employment services in Nepal

Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The national consultant will support the implementation of the final independent evaluation of the ILO's Strengthening of Employment Service Centres in Nepal (SESC) project under the guidance of the Team Lead. Responsibilities include supporting evaluation planning, stakeholder consultations, field missions, data collection and analysis, contextual interpretation, translation and logistical coordination. The consultant will contribute to the preparation of evaluation outputs but will not be responsible for the overall evaluation design or final deliverables.
