Provision of cleaning services and sanitary supplies for the IRMCT in The Hague (The Netherlands).

The United Nations Office at Geneva (UNOG), wishes to receive Expressions of Interest (EIO) for the provision of cleaning services and sanitary supplies for the premises of the International Residual Mechanism for Criminal Tribunals (hereinafter referred to as "IRMCT") in The Hague (The Netherlands), located on 1 Churchillplein 21517 JW in The Hague, NL. The aim is to etablish a multi-year contract as from 1 January 2027. (1+1) The needs covered by this expression of interest are for cleaning work, including: - Cleaning of offices, courtrooms, lounges, technical rooms, restrooms, cafeteria, halls and corridors, staircases, elevators, restrooms & showers, exterior grounds & driveways, balcony. - Special cleaning upon request, such as cleaning of the VIP meetings, snow removal, curtains, carpet, emergengy such as flood. - Waste management and replacement of garbage bags in the waste containers as required and confidential collection with onsite shredding - Cleaning of glass surfaces. - Supply of consumables and sanitary accessories - To provide all supplies (i.e., chemical) - To change all dispensers The total floor area for cleaning: 7,356 m2- current occupancy 140 workstations Please note that this request for expression of interest (EOI) does not constitute an invitation ‎to bid. UNOG reserves the right to modify or cancel the requirements at any time. Only ‎suppliers considered as qualified by UNOG to provide the required services or goods will be ‎invited to participate. Specific Requirements/Information - To have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in the provision of Cleaning Services in the Netherlands - To provide three (3) references of recommendation with satisfactory performance for similar services similar sized cleaning contracts - To provide a focal point and 24/7 contact number in English for a service coverage with qualified personnel in case of any emergencies with a response time within two (2) hours of being notified of the emergency - To provide a Service Implementation Plan (execution plan, cleaning method, schedule, safety plan) - To provide a Quality Assurance Plan (Quality Control Plan, inspection procedures, monitoring performance quality standards,…)
