Request for proposals: Event Organization Services for the Workshops in Turkmenistan

Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (hereinafter the “ILO”) is seeking the event organization services from a qualified company in Turkmenistan. The objective of this assignment is to provide high-quality catering services for the following events: 1. The Workshop on “Green/decent Jobs and Just transition: implications for water management” on 30 September 2026, UN House in Ashgabat, 42 participants. 2. Meetings on 29th - 30th September and 1st - 2nd October 2026 in Ashgabat city. 3. Meetings in Dashoguz velayat, Dashoguz city from 3rd to 4th October 2026 with velayat’s municipal administration and meetings in Lebap velayat, Turkmenabat city on 5th October 2026 with velayat’s municipal administration. 4. Provision of air tickets from Turkmenistan Airlines domestic flights. 5. Provision of written translation services from English into Russian and Turkmen languages, total 50 presentation slides 6.
