280_LTA_Digitization of paper-based criminal proceedings for GPO

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit your Proposal to the Request for Proposal UNDP-UKR-01771: Establishment of a Single-Vendor Fixed-Price Long-Term Agreement (LTA) for the Provision of Services for the Digitization of Paper-Based Criminal Proceedings for the General Prosecutors Office.

Interested suppliers must submit their offer directly in the system as instructed in the solicitation document, following the instructions in the available user guide. In case you have never registered before, you can register a profile using the registration link shared via the procurement notice and following the instructions in guides available in the UNDP website: https://www.undp.org/procurement/business/resources-for-bidders. Do not create a new profile if you already have one. Use the forgotten password feature in case you do not remember the password or the username from previous registration.

All the bidders are strongly encouraged to initiate the supplier registration in Quantum system at least five (5) days before the tender deadline.

 - Bidders must send their inquiries and requests for clarifications related to Terms of Reference / Specification / Other bidding documents using the messaging functionality in the portal.

 - Documents can be submitted in English or Ukrainian languages. In case of submission in Ukrainian language, bidders may be requested for provision of English translation of separate parts of the bid or bid as a whole.

ATTENTION: Proposal shall be submitted only through Quantum Supplier Portal for online eTendering. Proposals shall not be submitted to any email addresses. Otherwise, such proposals shall be disqualified.
