Long Term Agreement for the Supply and Delivery of Food Kits in Libya on Long Te

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) Libya invites eligible suppliers to submit bids for the establishment of a Long-Term Agreement (LTA) for the Supply and Delivery of Food Kits in Libya for a period of two (2) years, with the possibility of extension subject to satisfactory performance. The Food Kits shall be supplied in accordance with the technical specifications provided in the solicitation document and delivered to IOM locations within Libya as requested under individual Purchase Orders. Suppliers must be registered in Libya or participate through a Joint Venture with a Libya-based company. All solicitation forms and supporting documents must be duly completed, signed, stamped, and valid at the time of submission. Rates quoted shall be inclusive of packaging, transportation, and delivery within Libya.
