Graphic Design Services for the Country Office

Material to be designed The consultant will design communication and visibility materials for ILO Pakistan activities and events. These materials will support outreach, awareness raising and stakeholder engagement across various projects and initiatives. The consultant will design materials for following projects: • Working for Health Programme • Advancing Safe and Fair Labour Migration • Skills for Employment Project • Business and Human Rights Project 25 Social Media Cards (including cards related to world of work facts, event announcements, invitations and campaigns including social media card for international equal pay day and youth day) 25 Banners / Backdrops (for events, trainings, consultations and seminars) 20 Standees and other visibility material (for events, workshops, consultations and outreach activities) Translation of the content (Decent work for platform economy) 20 social media cards highlighting world of work stats from Labour Force Survey All designs must comply with ILO branding and visual identity guidelines and incorporate relevant logos, project visibility requirements and messaging provided by the ILO. Vendors responsibilities The consultant will perform the following tasks: • Design visual communication materials including banners, standees and social media cards as requested by the ILO Country Office. • Ensure all designs comply with ILO branding and visual identity standards. • Incorporate text, branding elements and feedback provided by the ILO. • Provide design files in editable formats and final high-resolution formats suitable for printing and digital use. • Revise designs based on feedback from the ILO until final approval.
