External Collaboration Contract Terms of Reference (Consultant for Development of Workplans based on Gaps Analysis of ILO C-190) in Pakistan

The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is the summary of the work to be performed: Review the C190 gap analysis report and relevant national legal and policy documents. Develop four workplans for the implementation of C-190 in each of the four provinces (Punjab, Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and Balochistan). Ensure the workplans are rights-based, gender-responsive, and aligned with national development priorities and international commitments.
