Long-Term Agreements (LTA) for the provision of Customs Clearance and Forwarding Services for 2 years and eventual extension of 1 year

UNICEF Sudan wishes to invite you to submit your proposal for the Long-Term Agreements (LTA) for the provision of Customs Clearance and Forwarding Services for 2 years and eventual extension of 1 year, as specified in the LRPS-2026-9205436 and attached annex (B) TOR.

A pre-bid meeting will be held on 11.08.2026 @ 13:00 Hrs Sudan time (Online via team). Bidders are expected to participate directly. The use of AI tools or any other unauthorized external assistance during the live bid conference is not permitted. Link for the meeting available in UNGM platform Links tab.

Any firm wishing to submit a proposal is kindly requested to confirm its intention by email to Jihad Ibrahim at jiibrahim@unicef.org and CC: Eltayeb Saaed at esaeed@unicef.org

Question and clarification can be received through the following email:

The deadline for the receipt of the questions is 11.08.2026 @ 23:59 Hrs. Sudan local time.

Offer should be submitted in USD Currency by no later than 18.08.2026 @ 23:59 Hrs. Sudan local time. Otherwise, they will be considered invalid.

The reference LRPS-2026-9205436 must be shown in the e-mail's subject.

The reference" LRPS-2026-9205436 - Name of company - Technical Proposal" must be shown in the subject line of the email consisting of the technical proposal.

AND the reference " LRPS-2026-9205436 - Name of company - Financial Proposal" must be shown in the subject line of the email consisting of the financial proposal.

Proposals received in any other manner well be INVALIDATED.

The Bid form (Page#3 to 5) must be filled & attached when replying to this invitation.

Offers Validity must be not less than 120 days after the submission deadline.

All corporate entities should be registered on the United Nations Global Marketplace website
(https://www.ungm.org/Account/Registration) before engaging in any activity with UNICEF.

In case your firm is not registered yet on the UNGM site, you are advised to register and provide the UNGM number within your bid document.

The guidelines on how you can register as supplier on UNGM is attached as annex (D) for your easy reference.
