Call for External Collaborator – Development of a practical handbook on meaningful youth engagement in youth employment policies and programmes

Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is seeking an individual consultant to serve as an External Collaborator for the development of a practical handbook on meaningful youth engagement in youth employment policies and programmes in Viet Nam. Interested candidates are invited to express their interest and follow the instructions provided in the attached documents to access the detailed Terms of Reference and related information on the ILO e-Sourcing platform. Applicants are requested to submit the following documents: - A technical proposal (maximum 3 pages); - A financial proposal; - An updated CV/profile; and - Two relevant work samples. Applications must be submitted through the ILO e-Sourcing platform no later than 17:00 (Viet Nam time) on 23 August 2026.
