Correspondence Management Platform

United Nations Educational, Science and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) hereby invite qualified companies to submit documentation as follows:

• Information on available platforms, product capabilities, implementation and migration approaches, deployment options, licensing models and indicative costs that could support the replacement and modernization of the current Correspondence Management system.
• Suppliers are encouraged to propose alternative approaches if considered beneficial. Suppliers should indicate whether capabilities are: Available Out-of-the-Box / Configurable / Require Custom Development / Not Available.
• Suppliers should provide company profile; ownership structure; solution overview; implementation methodology; public sector references; UN agency references (if any); roadmap; product lifecycle policy; support model; SLA model.
• Suppliers are invited to provide indicative information regarding subscription model; user licensing model; implementation costs; migration costs; training costs; support costs; estimated 3-year and 5-year TCO.
