The Council of Europe is currently implementing until 31/12/2026 a Project “Further Strengthening the Probation Service in Armenia”. In that context, it is looking for a Provider for the provision of equipment insupport to introduction of visual production vocational training module for probation beneficiaries of the Probation Service in Armenia (the deliverables are described in greater detail in the Business and Technical Requirements).
