New clarification added: Bidder Query: With reference to RFQ/2026/63993, the specified products for Lot 3 (Portex Pro-Vent Plus P/N 4645PE) and Lot 4 (Medex C-Fusor P/N MX4810P1CZ, 1000 mL) are currently unavailable for immediate supply. We have been advised that production will require more than eight (8) months, which exceeds the RFQ's 90-day delivery requirement.As the RFQ specifies the exact OEM products and does not permit equivalent brands, kindly clarify whether bidders may offer the current ICU Medical OEM successor/replacement products, supported by OEM documentation confirming replacement status and compliance with the required specifications.Alternatively, please confirm whether UNOPS will amend the relevant part numbers/specifications to reflect currently available OEM products.UNOPS Reply: Please note that the specific brand requirements for Lot 3 ( ABG Syringe ) & Lot 4 ( Infusor Bag ) were specified based on the programme's technical and operational requirements. Therefore, the requirements remain unchanged, and bidders are requested to offer the products specified in the tender documents. Alternative, successor, or replacement products are not accepted under the current RFQ requirements. All offers will be evaluated in accordance with the requirements and evaluation criteria set out in the tender documents.

New amendment added #1: Amendment I is issued to extend the clarification deadline and the submission deadline to 17 August 2026 at 05:30 UTC and 18 August 2026 at 05:30 UTC , respectively. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation document remain unchanged.
