UNICEF Haiti Country Office seeks to establish a Long-Term Arrangement (LTA) with qualified photography and videography service providers to support the implementation of communication and advocacy activities across Haiti .

·        Bids must be submitted in 3 separate documents (financial offer, technical offer, and administrative offer)

·        Administrative Offer: Should contain all legal documents of the company

·        Technical Offer: refer to the attached TDRs

·        Financial Offer Refer to Annex 1 sheet 1 and 2

·        Bids must be submitted only via email to: supply_bids@unicef.org

·        The Request for quotation (RFQ) reference number LRFQS-2026-9205444 must be clearly indicated in the subject line of the email upon submission.

·        Any question should be addressed at: supplyhti@unicef.org deadline august 16,2026.

·        The deadline for bid submission is 28 Augst 2026 at 11:59 PM (Haiti time).
