Dear Bidder, The ILO, through the Better Regional Migration Management (BRMM) Programme Phase II, is looking for ILO-certified SIYB Master Trainer to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The National ILO-certified SIYB Master Trainer will design, deliver, assess and report on a Start and Improve Your Business (SIYB) Training of Trainers for up to 25 selected TVET trainers and enterprise development practitioners in Somalia. The assignment will support candidate recruitment and selection; prepare an approximately 10-day GYB, SYB and IYB training package adapted to the Somali context; and deliver participatory training on SIYB methodology, entrepreneurship, business management, facilitation, coaching and learner assessment. The consultant will assess participants’ performance, supervise the subsequent Training of Entrepreneurs practice phase, recommend eligible candidates for certification and support their registration on the SIYB Gateway. The consultant will also guide participating TVET providers on integrating, institutionalizing and cascading SIYB within their curricula, regular programmes and enterprise-support services. Key outputs include a training-preparation package, ToT report, candidate assessments, certification recommendations, TVET integration guidance and a final technical report.
